HAWK Instrument - Support Service Contract
After the one year warranty expires from your HAWK Instrument, you can extend this coverage with our annual Service Contract. The service contract covers:
Replacement of parts needed for repair (excludes consumables)
Labor - support calls, emails and site visits are included. Additional charges at-cost for travel expenses.
Shipping of parts to your location
Regular maintenance is not included in the Service Contract and will need to be completed by the end user. This plan does not cover consumables. It is recommended that maintenance is completed per the schedule provided at Installation. We strive to provide the best customer service and user experience in the industry. Most requests will be handled within 24 hours - via phone, chat, email or remote/internet.
