Installation and Training

We are excited to meet our new users and their teams to get started using the HAWK Instrument.  We believe an important component of success with the HAWK Instrument is in-person installation and training through our three day program. 

 

Our installation of the HAWK includes comprehensive instruction on: 

• hardware - theory of operation, 

• hardware - description for gas flows,electronics, temperature control components and detectors (FID, IR CO2 & IR CO), 

• hardware - disassembly and reassembly, 

• hardware - routine and preventive maintenance, 

• software - theory of operation, and 

• software - training on instrument methods and sequence generation, quality control procedures, report generation and diagnostic procedures.

Maintenance of the HAWK Workstation is easy to implement and has simplified routine and preventative maintenance procedures.​​
